Our Philosophy          

              Unified-N-Flight's training goals are first to develop the athletic skills that are transferable to all sports by focusing on the three main areas; physical fitness, motor skills and running mechanics.Physical fitness consists of strength, endurance, body composition, flexibility and speed. Motor fitness consists of agility, balance, coordination, power and reaction time. Running mechanics are improved through a series of drills that coordinate the muscles and the nervous system to achieve efficient movement.

              As each athlete progresses and matures advanced training techniques will be employed to help them reach their goals. This training not only includes physical training but the mental aspect of training and life that's necessary to be successful.
